It’s eerily quiet out here. Not much going on regarding Daylight Saving Time, and yet, there are still 10 states with what appears to be active DST legislation.
I say “appears to be”, because I’ve been reading up on how our government operates, how bills are created, killed, moved forward, and approved. I never was much to follow politics, not to mention examining the inner workings of our state and federal representatives. But now, I know too much. I think, “it’s a wonder our government gets anything done.”
But now I’m also convinced there are so many ways to “lose a bill”, just by sweeping it under the covers, so to speak, that it’s really hard to tell what might really get approved at this stage.
Still, stay tuned for some real news — I hope.
