Status Summary
One bill in the West Virginia legislature for the 2016 session:
- Senator Craig Blair is the sponsor of SB 261, which corrects the language in the current state statute to match the federal statute. Section 5-1-25 of the Code of West Virginia still reads “last Sunday of April” and “last Sunday of October”. This bill would correct that language to match the dates specified in 15 USC 260 of second Sunday in March through first Sunday in November.
