  1. Tired of this bi-yearly change affecting our lives in such an adverse an unhealthy way. Who are we fooling when we move the clock forward? The day knows what time it is. Shouldn’t we? The false indicator of REAL time causes psychological stresses and unnecessary adjustments in people’s daily routine ands built in body clocks. Let’s erradicate this foolishness once an for all!

    1. Try living in the western part of your time zone. When we “lose” the hour next week the mornings will be dark until 7:30-40. This means until the days get NATURALLY longer people with cornea eye disease for example, like me, cannot see to drive. That nearly three week earlier clock change (energy act of 2005) really hurt. I can no longer work b/c I had to be there before 7:30 Also since our grade school children here start school at 7:30 they are waiting in the dark for buses. I emphasize the above mentioned NATURALLY because the days get longer and shorter ON THER OWN, gradually. The way it should be! It’s not nice to (try to ) fool Mother Nature. P.S. An anchor for a popular tv news station in Atlanta stated the other night: we set the clocks ahead at 2 a.m. but we get the hour that back that night because it will be light later. Huh? Guess he doesn’t understand the term “Lose”. I for one am already eagerly anticipating Nov so I can get MY hour back.
