One new Joint Resolution filed in Nevada February 11, 2015:
- AJR 4 sponsored by multiple members of the Nevada legislature (Assemblymen Edwards, Armstrong, and Oscarson; and Senator Goicoechea) “urges the members of Congress to enact appropriate legislation to give individual states the option of establishing daylight saving time as the standard time in their respective states throughout the calendar year”.
Similar to Washington’s HJA 4001, this bill simply asks Congress to permit states to adopt Year-Round DST. Ostensibly, if Congress were to permit it, Nevada might choose to do so, but that is not specified in AJR 4.
